The Future Sessions: Refund and Cancellation Policies

General Refund/Credit Policy – The Future Sessions is a small program with limited enrollment that requires extensive planning. Once enrollment is full, it is very difficult to re-advertise and fill vacant seats. By registering for The Future Sessions, you are claiming responsibility for attending. We can offer a refund within 24 hours of registration. After that, we are not able to offer refunds or credits. However, if you ultimately are unable to attend but are able to find someone to fill your seat, we are happy to transfer your registration to the new attendee.

Cancellation Policy – Mackey Strategies reserves the right to cancel The Future Sessions due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In the case of a cancellation, all those enrolled will receive refunds for the full amount they paid.
