We built a customizable pitch deck that gave the advancement team a tailored tool for donor conversations, and listened carefully to what resonated. The conversations shaped everything that followed: the campaign name, the case statement, and mini-cases for each priority.
The result was "Clearly Furman," a theme that unified the campaign, honored the institution's identity, and gave donors something true to rally around. Leadership embraced it immediately. So did the campaign's results.
