Elise Partin, Executive Coach
Elise Partin—Mackey Strategies’ senior counsel specializing in executive communications coaching—empowers leaders and their teams to successfully build trust, make tough decisions, evaluate challenging situations, and gain influence through effective and persuasive communications. Drawing from extensive real-world experience, Elise works with clients in one-on-one executive coaching sessions, team trainings, and other engagements that provide guidance and tools for enhancing situational analysis, strengthening management abilities, handling high-pressure choices, communicating successfully, soundly managing crises, and more.
An experienced leader, skilled communicator, and frequent public speaker, Elise is deeply trained in the art of coaching public and personal communication of all kinds. She currently serves as the mayor of Cayce, South Carolina, a position she has held through each election since 2008, and teaches at the University of South Carolina’s School of Public Health.
