Our former brand was built around the symbolism of the pencil—a tool that represents both the power of writing and the potential of open-ended questions. The pencil's simplicity belies its transformative strength: it begins with a blank page, invites exploration, and allows for the kind of thoughtful revision that leads to innovative ideas.
Our new brand builds on this same idea. In our new logo, a pencil tip presses through the top of the “M,” and a ray of light emerges on the other side. It reflects how we work: with thoughtful pressure, deep listening, and a drive to uncover insight that leads to enduring strategy. This theme extends to the animated graphics across our website, where the movement mimics graphite flowing through a pencil and evokes the process of shaping, refining, and revealing ideas. Together, the logo and visuals express our belief that strong strategies—whether for communications, fundraising, or institutional positioning—begin with curiosity and take shape through purposeful exploration and creative thinking.
