Is it expensive, and can my institution pay for my coaching?
Coaching is more affordable than many people imagine. We tailor coaching plans to your goals and your budget. Many institutions and organizations use professional development funds to support coaching for staff and leaders. We’re happy to provide documentation or invoices that align with your institution’s policies.
It is confidential?
Yes. Everything you share stays between you and your coach. This confidentiality supports you in thinking out loud and pursuing new directions for growth as a leader.
How long does coaching last?
Most clients begin with three to six sessions, then continue as needed. Some use coaching during a specific transition or decision; others check in monthly or quarterly for ongoing support. You decide the pace and duration.
Do I need to prepare anything before a session?
Not necessarily. Some clients bring a specific challenge or decision; others use the coaching to reflect, reset, or think ahead. Your coach will help you get the most from each session.
Can I choose my coach?
Yes. Each of our coaches brings a different background and specialty. After a brief introductory call, you can choose or we can match you with the coach we think best fits your goals.
